1. Customer Commitment

  • Orders are processed quickly and delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • Our customer support team is available to assist with any queries, issues, or feedback.

2. Ordering Policy

  • Customers must provide accurate details (name, phone, address) for successful delivery.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email/WhatsApp.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payments through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash / Sadapay
  • Shopify secure payment gateways

4. Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery time: 2 – 5 working days (depending on your location).
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be mentioned at checkout.
  • Customers must be available to receive their parcel at the given address.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product is:
  • Damaged on arrival,
  • Incorrect item sent, or
  • Sealed/unopened and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Perfumes opened/used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Respond to delivery calls/messages.
  • Treat our staff and couriers with respect.
  • Follow our return & exchange process fairly.
