1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes (due to hygiene and authenticity reasons).
  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers (unless damaged or wrong item sent).
  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at support@ozyscents.com or WhatsApp +92 326 4895527 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear proof (photo/video) of the issue.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash / Sadapay).

4. Exchanges

  • If eligible, customers may choose to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • After processing/shipping, cancellation is not possible.
